Life Prep Christian Academy’s admissions process is designed to ensure we are the right fit for each other and that students are placed in the most appropriate academic setting.
Once your application is received, the next step is to schedule a family interview, where parents and students meet with LPCA leadership. This allows us to:
At the same appointment, students will complete a brief academic assessment to determine the best grade and academic placement.
After the enrollment fee is submitted, families will be required to complete all final enrollment items, including:
Please Note: LPCA reserves the right to determine that our program is not the best fit for every student/family based on the interview, assessment, and placement process.
After your family has submitted a student application and paid the $150 non-refundable application fee, the next step is the Family Interview and Student Assessment.
A member of our administrative team will reach out to provide available interview times and help you schedule your appointment.
Whenever possible, we ask that both parents/guardians and the student(s) applying attend. The Family Interview is an important part of our admissions process and helps ensure that Life Prep Christian Academy is the right fit for your student, and that our program is the right fit for your family.
Because LPCA is a Christ-centered homeschool hybrid partnership program, we use this time to confirm that families are:
During the interview, families will be asked about their educational journey, and what led them to LPCA. Students will also complete a brief assessment during this appointment to help us determine the most appropriate academic placement.
Existing LPCA families that have another student they would like to enroll will not need to do a second Family Interview. The application process is the same for the student and a placement assessment is required before being placed in a learning grade.
Re-Enrollment is for existing families and opens on February 1st. Existing families will be given the priority to reserve their spot for the following year before enrollment opens to those on our waitlist.
